If you are in any way dissatisfied with your swimsuit, you can return it to us within 28 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund of the price of the Goods (not including the postage).
Please visit our Returns Centre in order to initiate your return.
If you live in the UK, you can return it to us free of charge by requesting a free returns label within the 'Returns Centre' Portal. When we have sent your returns label, we will also attach instructions on how to complete the returns.
Sadly, we do not offer pre-paid returns labels for orders placed outside the UK, nor can we cover for returns postage.

You can return your parcel using any postal service.
Please note - you'll need to cover the postage and any relevant duty costs yourself. It's a good idea to mark your parcel as 'returned goods' to avoid being charged any duties. You can do this when booking the returns at the post office/parcel shop, or on the customs form when booking your parcel online. It’s also best to write this down on the parcel itself.
Step 3
Pop your invoice (or note) in the parcel with your order number and which items you're returning for a refund marked on it. This helps us identify parcels upon receiving them, to avoid your refund delay.
Step 4
Remember to ask for proof of postage, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you'll have proof you've sent it.
Step 5
It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in the UK, depending on your location and which postal service you use.
Step 6
Once received, we'll refund your original payment method - this is usually done within 3-5 working days after your order has been received and processed by us. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Step 7
If you return your order within 28 days of receiving it, a refund of returned item(s) will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days, after your return has been processed.
Just one more thing, all returned items should be sent in their original condition including hygiene stickers and tags.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 28 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you.
